Man in His Thought captures the complex nature of human consciousness and the mind's inner workings (an exploration of what it means to be human). The man here is God-fearing, and his perception and reactions to the real world are often guided by his conscience, choices, beliefs, emotions, ethics, and morals. Although his thoughts are all over the place, his face expresses little to nothing about his overwhelming thoughts and emotions. A man's thought precedes his actions and interaction with the world. He meditates on ethical dilemmas (the sense of right and wrong) while examining how his actions impact others. By analyzing past experiences, humans understand themselves, interact with others and society, and plan for the future.
